Steps to Reproduce

1. To have process in PM 4.15.5
2. Update the process In progress and completed some one them
3. Update the version to PM 4.15.6
4. Go to Case list
5. Check the progress bar and Stage

Current Behavior
Old cases do not update the progress bar status (In progress and completed)

Uncaught Error: Class "PopulateCasesStartedAndParticipatedStartedStageAndProgress" not found

Rename the file upgrade to 2025_09_02_134901_populate_cases_started_and_participated_stage_and_progress.php to match with the class name
