Northleaf Invoice - Performance Issue on Self Service page

Actual behavior:
Northleaf has reported performance issues when accessing the Self Service page. They mentioned that they are currently running several cases, which might explain the increased load.

Solution

• Optimize collection handling and improve performance. Introduced Arr helper for array manipulations, added fallback handling for case_number and case_title, and enhanced recordToArray method for better type handling
