its more that i'd have to keep a stockpile of wires on hand to repair the ion damage which would usually reach around 30-42 ion damage once they actually get cuffed |

which when added on with other secoffs just beating them, usually they'd just die and it became super annoying |

the disabler Ion damage also servers against a simple but effective anti borg weapon and primitive mech counter agaisnt syndicate mechs. the IPC ion damage issue is also not really a massive issue as this simply fits from a in universe perspective. |
