more licensing slop i dont care about

About the PR

removed ion damage from regular disablers and disabler turrets. syndicate disabler ion buffed

Why / Balance

you can actually use disablers on an IPC again without fucking killing them

i main security, it just became annoying because i couldnt nonlethally apprehend ipcs at range

6 damage really isnt lethal
You'd do the same damage doing the full judo combo on someone to stun them

its more that i'd have to keep a stockpile of wires on hand to repair the ion damage which would usually reach around 30-42 ion damage once they actually get cuffed

which when added on with other secoffs just beating them, usually they'd just die and it became super annoying

U gotta have meds for prisoners anyway so its no biggy

i'd rather be able to keep any medical/repair supplies for when there is an emergency

the disabler Ion damage also servers against a simple but effective anti borg weapon and primitive mech counter agaisnt syndicate mechs. the IPC ion damage issue is also not really a massive issue as this simply fits from a in universe perspective.
