DUBAI-ALPHA is a community-curated context repository — not code, not a framework — that captures six years of Dubai and UAE Web3 history in a structure that both humans and AI agents can read. Drop this folder into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Eliza, or any custom agent runtime via AGENT.md, and your agent becomes a Dubai Web3 expert in under five seconds.

Disclaimer: It's a living alpha, and we can't live without it. Every file is curated by humans who actually operate in the region. Things move fast here — a VARA update can land on a Wednesday night and re-shape the whole licensing stack by Sunday. If you see something outdated, open a PR. We'd rather ship messy truth than polished bullshit.

Every crypto agent trained in 2024 thinks Dubai Web3 ended with the FTX collapse. That's three years of context missing.
