Replaced Homebrew formula modifications with direct curl downloads for boost and icu4c.
Update boost formula URL in main.yml for Homebrew.
Removed installation of boost@1.76 from macOS workflow.
Updated Homebrew installation script to fetch boost@1.76.rb directly and modified the source URL for boost download.
Added debug output for boost@1.76.rb installation.
Removed unnecessary installation command for boost.
Removed debug echo statements from workflow.

It seems homebrew completely removed boost@1.76 recently. For now I added custom download of this lib, while correct approach would be to build QIDIStudio with modern versions of libraries (I'll leave it up to you). Don't forget to squash when merging - there is a lot of debug commits in this branch, you don't want them to pollute your repo.
