Path to get PAPIs changed. This version uses the new paths.

The latest version of GeoFS have a different way to get PAPI lights. I just updated the paths in bugfixes/papi.js. Now the autopilot works.
I can't find the COPYRIGHT.md file mentioned in CONTRIBUTING.md, is that normal?
