Fix Inquiry Agent Loop and Resolve Build Failure

This commit fixes a bug where the inquiry agent would get stuck in a loop and also resolves a build failure caused by an incorrect import path. The primary fix ensures user responses to inquiries are rendered correctly by using the UserMessage component. The secondary fix corrects an import path in mapbox_mcp/hooks.ts to allow the project to build successfully.
