I am a data management professional with over 25 years of experience implementing enterprise programs ($350M+) at Fortune 500 companies.

🔭 Current Focus: The Sovereign Brake

I am the architect of the Open Data Governance Standard (ODGS).

  • The Problem: The "Definition-Execution Gap." Business rules live in PDFs; Data flows in Pipelines. They never meet.
  • The Solution: A protocol that forces Code to respect Law. It physically prevents algorithms from executing when they don't understand the Business Definition.

I am actively working to standardize Algorithmic Liability in Europe.

  • NEN / CEN-CENELEC JTC 25: Subject Matter Expert contributing to European AI & Data standard frameworks.
  • EU AI Act (Art 10 & 12): Technical enforcement of Data Governance and Record-Keeping.

The ODGS reference implementation is archived in the CERN Data Centre via Zenodo.
