Contribution description
Adds
initial support for RobotFramework tests anda first set of tests for the I2C peripheral bus.Note: this PR is now independent of #10095, as there is no conclusion or consensus (yet) on using RobotFramework for simple (non-HIL) tests, i.e., replacing the currently used testrunner scripts.
Testing procedure
To actually run the HIL test you need a board connected to a [Philip]-tester, then run
