Test application somehow hangs on a samr21-xpro, needs more
investigating, but disabled for now as not to break CI run tests anymore

@bergzand @kYc0o i wrongly posted this on #9172 but it was meant for #9211 .

As this #9172 changes the Xtimer this could be a problem with the xtimer changes. And #9172 seems to run.
