  • Separate program into individual simulations that can be run separately that share a common protein java library
    • Take out commonly used functions and classes and create a java library containing these functions and classes. Make a separate branch for this library.
    • Update Ion Exchange Chromatography
    • Update 1-Dimensional Electrophoresis
    • Update 2-Dimensional Electrophoresis
    • Update Tandem Mass Spectrometer
