Example Data
This page will give a short overview on how to download and run the pipeline on example data.
The Zenodo repository (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5956844) contains (among other things) example spectral data that can be used with OpenVibSpec. There is training and testing data available, based on circular spots of tissue biopsy from colorectal carcinoma. The data is in the form of numpy arrays with a shape of (x,y,z) where x and y are the spatial, pixel dimension and z carries the spectral information along the measured wavenumbers.
