v1 - Compatible with UE 4.16

What's new

• Added compatibility with Unreal Engine 4.16
• Converted structure to use the IWYU model.
• I took credit for creation on the plugin descriptor file because: I've been updating this plugin with new functionality for a while; more than 50% of it's code is written by me; the original creator is not supporting it's users anymore.
