- Fix off-by-one error as reported in Ralith#184. - Refactor: Remove duplicate const declaration to fix shadowing and remove unnecessary type casting in openxr\src\hand_tracker.rs. - Chore: Add *.dll to .gitignore. Closes Ralith#184
