These are the two BlueForm chapters, split into a tutorial and a reference, as we discussed on IRC.
Also included are the changes I had to make to bring the
rake buildup to date. I rewrote the Rakefile to bring it up to date with the changes in asciidoc and other apps, and because of an asciidoc problem with--destination-dirI had to let it deliver the final products in the base directory.I made
CLEANjust the intermediary files, andCLOBBERadds the final products.The BlueForm chapters come right after the preface. The order of chapters will have to be changed later when we have more chapters written/updated.
