There are a couple Teletype-style fonts, http://www.zanzig.com/download/ - the bold one here is the default choice https://www.dafont.com/teletype-1945-1985.font - looks good but non-ideal character mapping. If neither are installed, default to the standard fixed font.
Teletype prints 10 characters per inch, 6 lines per inch so we can fix the height based on the width * 10 / 6
Also add Teletype fonts to pygame implementation
Also adds the near-end-of-line bell.
