This package did not work under NodeJS 18 because of incompatibilities in
smtp-server.Stream.Writable.closedhas become readonly. Updating package.json to updatesmtp-serverhas resolved this issue and maintain compatibility with older NodeJS versions.Also specified CLI options for HTTP_IP and SMTP_IP for IPv6 compatibility.
