This is my first run - please provide any feedback before I submit a pull request. I plan to go through it again the next couple of days.
I finished my draft and ran spelling and grammar checks.
- Made updates to include appeal for second opportunity LTA qualifiers - Added dates for the SoCal Retro Gaming Expo
