Warning: the build system I use (antioxidant, not Cargo) hasn't implemented running tests yet and uses a different dependency resolution system, so best double check! Also, I don't know how rust-digest or rust-blakeout. It builds for me, but I don't know if it actually works.
Both the Apache and Expat (often named MIT though that's technically ambigious) license require including a copy of the license.
