This is a proof of concept - since dedicated MP session tokens aren't in place yet, I take the temporary login token from the client and use it to fetch user info from API. Changes: * config: added "authapi-url" string field * rornet: added "authtoken" to `UserInfo` packet. * CurlHelpers: added support for setting headers. * conan/cmake: added fmt library.
