We can not just read that node parameter like in ROS 1. Created a server to ask for the init_scene's name.

We can not just read that node parameter like in ROS 1. Created a server to ask for the init_scene's name.
This helps to populate the scene name in the SkiROS2 rqt GUI, which also means that we can easily save and load.
