What's new

New Model (Models tab)

• New model… button and Ctrl+N / ⌘N shortcut in the Models tab
• Opens a dialog to choose a model name, structural template, and $DATA path
• Preview the rendered file before writing it
• After creation the directory rescans and the new model is auto-selected with the Editor tab open
• 17 templates included:
  • Blank ($PRED subroutine)
  • 1-CMT oral (ADVAN2 TRANS2), 1-CMT IV bolus (ADVAN1 TRANS2)
  • 2-CMT oral (ADVAN4 TRANS4), 2-CMT IV bolus (ADVAN3 TRANS4)
  • 1-CMT Michaelis-Menten IV/oral (ADVAN6)
  • 2-CMT time-varying CL oral — sigmoid Imax (ADVAN6)
  • QE-TMDD 1-CMT IV, QE-TMDD 1-CMT oral, QE-TMDD 2-CMT IV (ADVAN6)
  • Wagner 1-CMT IV — TMDD Rtot constant (ADVAN6)
  • Dual first-order absorption, Parallel first-order + lag (ADVAN6)
  • Zero-order absorption + MM elimination (ADVAN6)
  • Simultaneous first+zero order absorption (ADVAN6)
  • 2-CMT IV + urine compartment (ADVAN6)

Files tab — subfolder navigation

• Show all files by default — no extension filter required to see files
• Subfolders shown first (bold, 📁 prefix); folders always visible regardless of active filter
• Double-click folder → navigate into it; breadcrumb updates; ← back button enables
• Double-click file → open with the OS default application
• Left filter panel replaced by a compact full-width nav bar:
  [←] path / breadcrumb [All] [.mod] [.lst] [.tab] … [+]
• [+] pill adds custom extensions via a clean input dialog (fixes previous invisible-widget bug)
• Filter pills are multi-select; active extensions filter files only — folders always remain visible
