Thanks for feedback. Ill update this.
I am not sure which workshop you are looking at but just in case our newer
ATAC-seq material moved to this repository now which should allow you to
review documents and raise any issues.

The tutorial I worked through was this one: https://rockefelleruniversity.github.io/RU_ATAC_Workshop.html which is how I found the associated repository. Maybe this has been superseded? |
