feat: OpenClaw homepage concept for marketing site

Adds a temporary OpenClaw promotional component to the docs homepage to explore the right level of presence for marketing.

Changes

• New OpenClawPromo component featuring:
  • Animated gradient background with purple/blue tones
  • Trending badge with pulsing indicator
  • Gradient text effect for "OpenClaw" branding
  • Decorative animated claw marks
  • Primary CTA linking to GitHub repository
  • Secondary CTA for learning more
  • Dismissable with localStorage persistence
  • Responsive design for mobile
  • Respects prefers-reduced-motion

Design Approach

This concept explores a middle ground between a simple banner and a full page takeover:

• More prominent than the existing announcement/teams banners
• Less intrusive than a full hero takeover
• Dismissable to not impact returning users
• Positioned at the top of the homepage content
