EasyTV maintains a list of the next episode to watch for every TV show in your library. Not just the first unwatched episode, but the first unwatched episode after the last one you watched. If you watched S01E05 last week but never marked S01E01-E04 as watched, EasyTV correctly suggests S01E06.
