This generates an index.html file that captures the AoC leaderboard for SADev.
I'm not quite sure how to go about integrating it with pelican.
Requires an AoC Session token secret, the event year and event private board ID.
Note the session tokens expire, one has to manually collect the token after logging in.
Prior to start it will show a count down.
After start it will start showing star counts over time. An example from 2022.
