Thanks. Definitely required for the controller.
I'm less familiar with the exporter and hasher, so not sure if it's necessary, but I can't see any harm.

Set a restart policy on all containers. This helps when, for example, rabbitmq/postgres are not yet up or go down temporarily, so it will keep trying after failure.
