Player statue generation issue

I checked all links that I know for skins. And some online aps for downloading skins. All say that "TuffordIgniter" was not found. Do you have more details about this user? Does he/she use the new skin format?

Unfortunately I'm unable to fix this problem. To help me solve the issue please:

• in the playerStatue.yml file change SkinUrl: http://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftSkins/%s.png to SkinUrl: http://skins.minecraft.net/MinecraftSkins/%s.png
• send me the player name, how the skin should look like, the MCPainter answer (error or what it has drawn).

I managed to find out how to download the current skin:
