resolves #83

  • moves the "Show Logs" button beneath the SCE TV header
  • adds a debug button that, when clicked, opens a new window that displays the /debug endpoint

I tested it locally on my end and it looks great. Just double check again if it is working appropriately when deployed on the server. May run into some path issues with Nginx routing. The branch is a fork so unable to pull directly onto the server and test there.
