- Fixed bug in AMSConvenientAnalysisJob classes introduced when made compatible with pisa
- atom_indices passed as arguments were no longer used
- AMSRDFJob failed always

@rebadam could you also add a test for the AMSVACFJob and AMSViscosityFromBinLog job? Just that they technically are able to start. |
