Create inventory detail page

Creates the first iteration of the inventory detail page. There are several (documented) missing features but it's a solid starting point.

Included Features

Header features

• only show populated columns
• cycle select
• profile select
• label display
• group display - not clickable yet
• map with refresh (if property has coordinates)

History

• historical grid
• edit main state feature
• changed fields highlighted

Paired Documents

• shown if necessary
• navigation if inventory is clicked
• unpair

Inventory Documents

• add docoument
• delete document
• download does not work while frontend and backend are on different servers. When running on the same server it should work

Building Files

Scenarios & Measures

• Scnearios displayed by upload date
• delete does not work due to a known developer mode vite proxy error
• Nested measures not included. Ag Grid has this feature, but it's an enterprise feature. Requires more research.
