These were missing from a previous version of the mod (mainly v0.7.0.2) or something that should have been included with the initial 1.0.3.0 update.

  • Added Baltic State Core Decision (Requires State Ownership).
  • Added Polish State Core Decision (Requires State Ownership).
  • Added Finland Core Decision (Requires Finland Puppet of the nation).
  • Removed weird core for Latvia (Will be done in a save edit).
  • Added missing cores in Circassia (Will be done in a save edit).

Previous Patch Notes: Victorian Legacy v1.0.3.0

  • Vassals only get a 30% research cost reduction on tech overlords have completed instead of 100%.
  • Removed Showcase decisions from Igor due to some information being incorrect.
  • Fixed a crashing issue with one of the UK decision cause of a state that was removed to reduce number of ports.
  • Removed 10 infamy cost for Argentina La Plata formable.

Nation Specific Changes


  • China
    • Playable now.
    • Can use any cbs however has a heavily nerfed Infamy decrease.
    • Now gets the Taiping revolt.
    • It will shatter into warlord states once they civilize.
    • Has a unique Tech school which they can not change to prevent rapid scaling.
    • Reduced starting pop to prevent human wave and allow more balanced wars.
    • Starts with one less accepted and starts with Manchuria owned to give a smaller amount of accepted pops.
    • Pops will not migrate to USA after civilizing unless they are in a state of war.
    • Fixed a modifier on china not being removed when a treaty port is taken from them.

  • Austria
    • Added Hungary puppet for Hungary Revolt.
    • Can form Austria-Hungary without Nat&Imp and only requires the Hungarian Revolution and another major power formed such as NGF or Italy.
    • Adjusted starting soldiers to reflect the Hungary Puppet.

    • Added Poland puppet for Polish Revolt.
    • Reduced Circassian Genocide duration due to the amount of pops being low to begin with (Will Add pops to it later).
    • Fixed Russia not getting state flags due to them being at war.

  • USA
    • Removed USA from getting both North and South Immigration (It will only get the Northern).
    • Added Golden Circle to CSA.
    • USA can no longer get all of mexico annexed through flavor (Only CSA can).
  • Spain
    • Added the ability to inherit nation puppets for Carlist Path.
    • Buffed Spain Republican Path Modifier to be 25% more stronger for each choice.
    • Added Cores on Cuba for Spain.
    • Increase number of cored port states by 1.
  • Ottomans
    • Updated Ottoman decisions to reflect a more simpler approach to take land off of Egypt and not be 3 decisions giving cbs and insta decs.
    • Split Macedonia state into two separate states for Serbia and Greece to have better borders.
  • Italy
    • New Roman Empire formable will require the ownership of either states of Austria or Ottomans to get the formable and a decision will be available to give cores on the states they didn't go for in the formation.
    • Requires Nat&Imp to form (Year formation is an alternate if things are really bad).
  • Germany
    • Increase number of cored port states by 2.
    • Requires Nat&Imp to form (Year formation is an alternate if things are really bad).
  • UK
    • Reduced UK number of cored ports by 1.
  • Sweden
    • Increase number of cored port states by 1.
  • All South American Nations.
    • Increased life rating in the capital of all South American nations by 1 (36->37).

Major Changes


  • New CBs for Scramble for Africa which has 3 tiers. First tier is 15 Infamy, Second 10 Infamy, Third 1 Infamy. Any African nation within Africa does not get this penalty and can acquire land at the normal 10 Infamy for Conquest or take state wargoals.
  • Added new Africa Tags for Central and West Africa.

  • Decrease the output of all mil goods by 20% (This will likely see a future nerf) to account for Navy change.
  • Increase cost of goods as some nations may not be able to afford with such low costs (Still -25% of original igor cost).
  • Decreased output of RGOs by 10%

Changes


  • Added 2 new loading screens.
  • Updated RGO change for both Mines and Farm to have a cooldown instead of costing money with no cooldown.
  • Removed the blocking of CBs once you go over 25 infamy and nullifying cbs.
  • Sokoto and Lunda are the new playable nations in the region.
  • Serbia, Romania, Greece, Egypt, Sokoto, and Lunda all now have Traditions.
  • Removed Supply Consumption Invention for Traditions as there is no way to turn off the modifier.
  • National Ideas will now be displayed on the nations capital so you don't need to save scum to view what they have.
  • Updated Localization for several decisions in the mod to have proper descriptions and Titles.
  • Updated flags to be more historical.
  • Malaysia Colonial Company decision will now give 5 Life Rating boost to Java (Total Life Rating 35).
  • Added a special government type for nations who are a puppet to reflect a similar color to there overlord.
  • Updated Several nations Starting brigades (Andine, Denmark, etc.).
  • Split Arabia state into 2.

  • Fixed missing tech on Japan.
  • Fixed an issue preventing nations that just civilized from being able to use province selector (Previously you would need to rehost the save to fix this).
  • Fixed a decision for Mexico not have proper flag checks.
  • Added a flag to prevent an exploit to avoid the mob debuff.
  • Removed a province event that would spam any unciv nation.
  • Fixed some errors in the colonial company decisions.
  • Fixed a spamming issue with the oil_location modifier which cause some other decision for the world bank not to work.
  • Added several tags that were missing from the puppet release decision.
  • Fixed missing flag for New World Carlist path.
  • Fixed Great wars not triggering possibly due to a disconnected user receiving the event and instead is done by the World Bank.

  • Double pension cost of healthcare due to significant increase in income.
  • Universal Healthcare didn't have a tech unlock it now has Synthetic Polymers.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed world bank not buying goods.
  • Fixed a missing modifier for World Bank.
  • Fixed an event spamming on World Bank (Possibly causing game oos).
  • Decreased cost of raw materials due to world bank finally buying goods as well as to alleviate naval cap addition (This will need further fixing later).

    • Naval base got a 50% cost reduction
    • Fort got a 20% cost reduction
  • Added disable loans for AI to prevent bankruptcy spam from occurring and giving free war goals (Don't know if this is enough to stop it)
  • Buff German Minor nation event annexation rate by 20%
  • Added missing tags for Host decisions
  • Added a GP infamy reduction modifier (-0.01 Infamy Decay) which wasn't included in the main update
  • Fixed infamy reduction being -0.003 instead of -0.1
  • Fixed an exploit where people can use the fake war decision to bypass Peace Time Mob
  • Fixed a crashing issue with "Embrace Ottomanism" Decision
  • Fixed Literacy campaign not being applied to the whole state

  • UK now has Sepoy Rebellion event.
    • It has event triggers for victory and loss so it can't be cheesed.
  • UK can now get Irish accepted as long as they take the proper path.
  • Big Ben can be built now in London for a factory output bonus.
  • Reformatted the repository to allow downloading of the source code instead of a release zip.
