Updated SPACK environment variable paths to remove GITHUB_WORKSPACE prefix.
Updated Spack load commands to remove compiler specifications.
Updated CI workflow to change job name and comment out MPI installation steps.
Comment out installation of unused system dependencies.
Updated CI workflow to load dependencies and configure CMake correctly.
Remove note about using the version of glpk bundled in the DisCoTec repo.
Added additional test cases to the CI workflow for distributed combigrid boost.
Added conditional MPI run command based on MPI type.
