Needs to be clear (to us, I don't mean in the webpage) who controls that form and where the data goes.

That's fine, I don't mind using Typeform. It's just not clear which user account in their service has control over the form. Is it a personal account (i.e. does this need to be handed over between committees), etc.? This is actually an issue with the existing Google Forms links, both the one that was here 24h ago and the one now. It's apparent, at least, that those forms are within the cam.ac.uk account in Google Workspace. |

Same form but on Typeform. Sends email notification to committee@srcf.net on submission.
