c. Discord Data

To provide notifications and other bot functionalities, VStreams may collect and store certain Discord-related information:

  • Guild IDs: To identify the Discord server where VStreams is configured.
  • Channel IDs: To identify the Discord channel where notifications are sent.
  • Message IDs: To track and manage notifications sent to Discord.
  • User interaction data: When users interact with the bot via commands or buttons, their Discord ID may be temporarily processed to perform the requested action.

  • Providing Post Notifications: To notify users in Discord about new updates from user based on the configuration.
  • Bot Configuration: To store settings for each Discord server, including which YouTube/Twitter channels to notify and which Discord channels to post in.
  • Improvement and Maintenance: To monitor usage, identify bugs, and improve the overall functionality of the Bot.
  • Security and Monitoring: To ensure the Bot is being used properly and to prevent misuse or abuse.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

VStreams does not share or sell any personal or server data with third parties. The data collected by VStreams is used exclusively to provide the Bot's functionalities within the Discord servers where it is installed.
