The following launch setting options has been added:
instructor user: This will be used instead of the logged in user. Required where instructor verification is used.
Other parameters: There are a few parameters that can be added, instead of adding a setting for each possible parameter, the user can now add a json of parameters. (http://www.imsglobal.org/specs/ltiv1p0/implementation-guide#toc-11)
