I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions run by adding error handling code to the
_runmethod in theGitHubActionclass. This ensures that any exceptions that occur during the GitHub API operation are caught, logged, and an appropriate error response is returned.Summary of Changes
