  1. Rename Coder to Codec.
  2. Delete FunctionSpec.
  3. Rename TransportFunctionClient and TransportFunctionServer to FunctionClient and FunctionServer respectively.
  4. Some other API changes.
  5. Provide JsonCodec and CborCodec implemented with kotlinx-serialization.
