FYP 2018/2019

This project is a foreign exchange trading platform. In essence it is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) displaying currency pairs in line graph format. The project is a desktop application written in JavaScript (JS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) with a Python back end server connected to a MySQL database. This is a multi platform application, built on top of the Electron framework. This means that the application can be run on machines running Microsoft Windows, Apple's macOS or Linux operating systems. The application takes the form of a single page, containing a canvas for drawing the graph, crosshair and technical indicators, a drop down list of currency pairs, a login modal window, buy & sell order buttons and buttons for drawing and deleting custom lines on the canvas
