Implements multiple entry points
Note: I have not pushed /dist as there is a lot of files

Things to consider / investigate:

  1. Random exports of components - must be something in the index.ts allowing this per component group
  2. Is there a way to dynamically rollup these directories rather then defining each one?
  3. Need to review whether certain components belong in the right location

Ground work done by #2
