Added options for doorbell notifications/grouping as well as options for opening links using the Ingress integration from hacs.
This YAML file creates a blueprint for Frigate Doorbell Notifications, allowing the triggering of notifications when a doorbell is pressed. It includes required configuration options and input selectors for the doorbell camera and event name.
Updated the interruption level handling for iOS notifications to include a new option for updates. This change allows for more dynamic control over notification interruption levels based on time and state.

Added in the option to use this for doorbells, and changed the way interruption level behaves, so the original event notifies normally, but the image updates can be silently updated.
