This example file contains the structure of dislocation motion in the pure Ni model subjected to a shear stress of 4000MPa at 300K. It contains a total of 200 frames of data. When using LAMMPS for loading simulation, the CNA algorithm is used to preliminarily identify dislocation structures. In order to reduce the amount of data, the atoms with "FCC" type were not exported. Therefore, the dump file only contains dislocations (and possible amorphous clusters).
This program first uses cluster analysis to clean the data for accurate identification of dislocations, and then outputs the change in the average position of dislocations along the slip direction to calculate dislocation velocity.
