Description
Currently
jac_std_factorcan befloatorstr, which is not good practice. I have thus added a new parameter calledjac_threshold_type, which is one of"mean"or"median". Ifjac_threshold_type == "mean", thejac_std_factoris used in calculating the Jaccard threshold.
