1.修复master集群检测时，如果leader不可用会导致检测线程网络IO异常并退出，导致后续检测中止
2.master检测线程现在使用额外的http-client实例，因为原http-client默认开启的IO结果缓存会导致集群检测永远都返回一样的结果，也因此导致（1）中的问题未被发现。
3.细化connectionTimeout，readTimeout，connectionRequestTimeout配置参数。
注：还未对新版本seaweedfs进行适配，所以仍然只支持老版本。
