I don't think this actually works. There is a breaking change with Webpack 4. Initializing Webpack is no longer a constructor instantiation. It has now become a function call. I've addressed this, as well as upgrading to Babel 7, in my PR: #23 |

I upgraded the Webpack dependencies to 4.x and it seems to still work as expected.
