The Skill That Advances 3 Deals Before Your Coffee Gets Cold

The #1 reason deals die isn't price or competition. It's silence.

The math

3 deals a day × 90 days = 270 follow-ups

That's the difference between a pipeline that closes and one that goes quiet.

Most founders open their CRM, stare at it, and close it. This skill does the thinking for you.. reads your pipeline, finds the 3 deals that need attention most, writes the follow-up emails, and updates the CRM.


What /deals does

  1. Loads your pipeline — every active deal from Notion CRM (0% through 95%)
  2. Checks for signals — Gmail threads, Calendar meetings, Obsidian people files
  3. Picks 3 — prioritizes stale high-stage deals, unanswered inbounds, high-value momentum
  4. Drafts 3 follow-ups — tailored to stage, referencing their specific pain and last conversation
  5. Updates the CRM — Next Action, Deal Stage, follow-up notes with today's date
  6. Reports — pipeline snapshot, today's actions, stale warnings

The pipeline stages

Each stage gets a different email.. the right message at the right time.


The follow-up rules

  • Under 100 words early stage.. under 80 for close stage
  • References the specific pain... not generic "checking in"
  • ONE clear CTA... never "let me know your thoughts"
  • Warm and direct.. no corporate speak
  • Bounded urgency: "If we start by [date], you'll see results by [date+90 days]"
