Изменений не видно. Понял, что делал commit до этого в ветке main.
Лучше сразу добавить экранирование всех символов спец. символов ([_*[]()~`>#+-=|{}.!\]). Или использовать HTML вместо MD, там достаточно экранировать & < >.
Экранирование лучше добавить непосредственно при выводе в строке 223 перед task_response.content
