Waiting for opinions before applying in places i find relevant.
Allows resource pack makers to change vanilla texture skyblocker uses but only for skyblocker
This is the cleanest implementation I could think of. I'm not too sure about the name of the interface, feels off for some reason but I can't think of anything else.
