Will use this to split up the functionality better. Keep an eye on if this changes the indexer
Can now get the index.json file from the package index. Should be extendable to download the zips too.
Bandaid fix, needs a better one that is more in Python style

The packaging single file module got split up into a submodule. Merging this to see if the indexer workflows are still working.
