Re-add BlueCat instances to training, validation, and testing splits (they were incorrectly removed during earlier testing)
Add fast loader option to batch_load_ForAINetV2_data.py via --loader argument (choices: orig, fast; default: fast)
Introduce load_forainetv2_data_fast.py for accelerated preprocessing (vectorized bbox computation using pandas)

Results can be tested with data/ForAINetV2/run_and_compare.sh
